DANIEL CHAPMAN

Daniel Chapman was previously a director of Chesterton, primarily in the industrial and distribution and development sectors.
Daniel joined Skelton Group Investments in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in 2008. Daniel is also a director of a number of associated UK companies in sectors including investment, equity financing, energy generation and farming.

Graham Willson is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was previously a partner of Donaldsons and Head of Portfolio Management and Corporate Real Estate in the South West.
Graham joined Skelton Group Investments in 2005 and was appointed as a main board director in 2010.
SIMON KEEFE
Director
Simon Keefe is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was previously an Associate Partner of King Sturge LLP, specialising in the disposal and acquisition of office and industrial property in South Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
Simon joined Skelton Group in 2009 and his role comprises the disposal, acquisition and asset management of income producing property assets and strategic land with development potential. Simon was appointed a main board director in 2021.
JOANNA FILSHIE

Joanna Filshie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Having qualified with PwC, she has had a varied corporate career, in the UK and Singapore.
She joined Skelton Group Investments in May 2018 and is responsible for the finance department.
MARK BUZZONI
Director
Mark is a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Advisor and joined Skelton Group Investments in 2020 in a non executive role.
He was until recently a partner in Taylor Wessing LLP having been the head of the Private Client group for some years and served on the firm’s Supervisory Council.
Mark has worked with a number of wealthy families in private practice (both in the UK and overseas) and advised on structures and governance issues and he is recognised in the Legal Directories as an “Elder Statesman” in his area.
